and unlike a lot of guys in his profession, he genuinely seems to love being in one place and isn't necessarily trying to 'climb the ladder'. The UVa job is a really good one but he could easily be in line to go to one of the 'blue bloods' and I don't think he would give them a second look.

I actually hope he stays. Mike Young has proven he can put a team out there that can compete with UVa and if Bennett leaves they will replace him with a good candidate very easily. Bennett doesn't really recruit the same guys that CMY does so we aren't really recruiting against them now but that could change if he were to leave.
